Alcoholic Beverage Code § 101.76","heading":"UNLAWFUL DISPLAY OR USE OF PERMIT OR LICENSE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly allows another person to display or use a permit or license issued by the commission in any manner not allowed by law.\n(b) A person commits an offense if the person displays or uses a permit or license issued by the commission to another person in any manner not allowed by law.\n(c) Except as provided by Subsection (d), an offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.\n(d) If it is shown on the trial of an offense under this section that the person has previously been convicted of an offense under this section, the offense is a Class A misdemeanor.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 424 (S.B. 367), Sec. 7, eff.
