Alcoholic Beverage Code § 105.10","heading":"PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person, in violation of this chapter or Section 32.17(a)(7):\n(1) sells or offers for sale an alcoholic beverage during prohibited hours; or\n(2) consumes or permits the consumption of an alcoholic beverage on the person's licensed or permitted premises during prohibited hours.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 68 (S.B. 904), Sec. 24, eff.
