Alcoholic Beverage Code § 11.47","heading":"DENIAL OF PERMIT: INTEREST IN MALT BEVERAGE ESTABLISHMENT.","body":"The commission may deny an application for an original or renewal permit if it has reasonable grounds to believe and finds that the applicant or a person with whom the applicant is residentially domiciled has a financial interest in a permit or license authorizing the sale of malt beverages at retail, except as is authorized by Section 22.06, 24.05, or 102.05.
