Alcoholic Beverage Code § 22.13","heading":"AGE OF PACKAGE STORE EMPLOYEES.","body":"(a) A package store permittee may not knowingly utilize or employ any person under the age of 21 to work on the premises of a package store in any capacity or to deliver alcohol off the premises of a package store.\n(b) This section shall not apply to a person who was under the age of 21 and employed by a package store on September 1, 1995.\n(c) This section shall not apply to a person who is employed by the person's parent or legal guardian to work in a package store that is owned by the parent or legal guardian.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 2, eff.
