Alcoholic Beverage Code § 30.01","heading":"DEFINITION.","body":"In this chapter, \"nonprofit entity\" means:\n(1) a nonprofit corporation;\n(2) a nonprofit charitable, civic, or religious organization;\n(3) a political party or political association supporting a candidate for public office or a proposed amendment to the Texas Constitution or other ballot measure;\n(4) a fraternal organization with a regular membership that has been in continuous existence for more than five years; or\n(5) a person or group of persons who are subject to recordkeeping requirements under Chapter 254, Election Code.\nActs 1977, 65th Leg., p. 433, ch. 194, Sec. 1, eff.
