Alcoholic Beverage Code § 5.364","heading":"RECEIPT AND USE OF MARKET DATA.","body":"(a) The commission may receive market data that is voluntarily provided by a licensee or permittee under this code.\n(b) The commission may only use the market data received under Subsection (a) for the commission's law enforcement purposes.
