Alcoholic Beverage Code § 5.51","heading":"BOOKKEEPING RECORDS.","body":"A permittee who holds a permit issued under Chapter 28, 30, or 32 may elect to keep all records required under this code on a machine bookkeeping system. A permittee who desires to use such a system must submit a written application for commission approval of the system before implementing the system. The commission may authorize a permittee to centralize the permittee's records.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., 1st C.S., ch. 36, Sec. 1, eff.
