Alcoholic Beverage Code § 5.61","heading":"TRAINING PROGRAM ON OPIOID-RELATED DRUG OVERDOSE.","body":"(a) In this section, \"opioid antagonist\" and \"opioid-related drug overdose\" have the meanings assigned by Section 483.101, Health and Safety Code.\n(b) The commission shall develop a training program that provides training on:\n(1) the signs and symptoms of an opioid-related drug overdose; and\n(2) the administration of an opioid antagonist.\n(c) The commission may make the training available online.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1087 (S.B. 998), Sec. 1, eff.
