Alcoholic Beverage Code § 61.711","heading":"RETAIL DEALER: CONVICTION OF OFFENSE RELATING TO DISCRIMINATION.","body":"The commission or administrator may suspend for not more than 60 days or cancel an original or renewal retail dealer's on- or off-premise license if it is found after notice and hearing that:\n(1) the licensee has been finally convicted of any offense under a state or federal law or a municipal ordinance prohibiting the violation of an individual's civil rights or the discrimination against an individual on the basis of the individual's race, color, creed, or national origin; and\n(2) the offense was committed on the licensed premises or in connection with the operation of the licensee's business.\nAdded by Acts 1979, 66th Leg., p. 1441, ch. 632, Sec. 2, eff.
