Alcoholic Beverage Code § 74.09","heading":"SALES TO DISTRIBUTORS.","body":"(a) In addition to the activities authorized by Section 74.01, the holder of a brewpub license may sell malt beverages produced under the license to the holder of a general or branch distributor's license.\n(b) The holder of a brewpub license who sells malt beverages under Subsection (a) shall comply with the requirements of Section 102.51.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 750 (S.B. 515), Sec. 5, eff.
