Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 113.0053","heading":"AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE POLICY EXCLUSIONS.","body":"An automobile insurer may exclude any coverage and the duty to defend or indemnify for any claim afforded under an owner's automobile insurance policy during a car sharing period, including an exclusion of:\n(1) liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage;\n(2) personal injury protection coverage;\n(3) uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage;\n(4) medical payments coverage;\n(5) comprehensive physical damage coverage; and\n(6) collision physical damage coverage.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 445 (H.B. 113), Sec. 1, eff.
