Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 114.0104","heading":"ACTION BY ATTORNEY GENERAL.","body":"(a) The attorney general may bring an action in the name of the state:\n(1) to recover a civil penalty imposed under Section 114.0103; or\n(2) for injunctive relief to require compliance with this chapter.\n(b) An action under this section may be brought in a district court in:\n(1) Travis County; or\n(2) a county in which any part of the violation or threatened violation occurs.\n(c) The attorney general may recover reasonable expenses incurred in obtaining injunctive relief or a civil penalty under this section, including court costs, reasonable attorney's fees, and investigatory costs.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 47 (H.B. 390), Sec. 1, eff.
