Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 16.101","heading":"FRAUDULENT REGISTRATION.","body":"A person who procures for the person or another the filing of an application or the registration of a mark under this chapter by knowingly making a false or fraudulent representation or declaration, oral or written, or by any other fraudulent means, is liable to pay all damages sustained as a result of the filing or registration.
