Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 2002.002","heading":"NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS AND USERS.","body":"A person in the business of leasing or selling liquefied petroleum gas containers shall give to each prospective purchaser or user of a container a written notice of the purchase or use options provided by that business, including, as applicable, options to purchase, lease, or lease-purchase. The notice must include a written statement that other persons in the business of leasing or selling liquefied petroleum gas containers may provide purchase or use options that include purchase, lease, and lease-purchase.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
