Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 302.060","heading":"EXEMPTION: CERTAIN PERSONS PROVIDING TELEPHONE SOLICITATION SERVICES PREDOMINANTLY FOR EXEMPT PERSONS.","body":"This chapter does not apply to a person:\n(1) who provides telephone solicitation services under contract to a seller;\n(2) who has been operating continuously for at least three years under the same business name; and\n(3) for whom at least 75 percent of the person's contracts are performed on behalf of other persons exempt from the application of this chapter under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
