Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 304.054","heading":"FEE.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the commission may charge a person a reasonable amount not to exceed $3 for a request to place a telephone number on the Texas no-call list or to renew an entry on the list.\n(b) The commission shall provide a method for placement or renewal of an entry by use of the Internet at no charge.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
