Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 304.058","heading":"RULES REGARDING ISOLATED CALLS.","body":"The commission shall adopt rules providing that a telemarketing call made to a telephone number on the Texas no-call list is not a violation of Section 304.052 if the telemarketing call:\n(1) is an isolated occurrence; and\n(2) is made by a person who has in place adequate procedures to comply with this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
