Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 304.202","heading":"REPORT BY ATTORNEY GENERAL.","body":"(a) Before December 31 of each even-numbered year, the attorney general shall submit a report to the lieutenant governor and the speaker of the house of representatives.\n(b) The report must contain for the two-year period ending August 31 of the year of the report:\n(1) a list of complaints the attorney general received concerning activities regulated by this chapter, itemized by type;\n(2) a summary of any enforcement efforts made by the attorney general; and\n(3) the attorney general's recommendations for any changes to this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
