Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 329.003","heading":"ENFORCEMENT BY ATTORNEY GENERAL; INJUNCTION.","body":"(a) The attorney general may investigate a claim that a person violated this chapter.\n(b) If the attorney general believes that a person is violating this chapter, the attorney general may bring an action in the name of the state to restrain or enjoin the person from violating this chapter.\n(c) The attorney general is entitled to recover all reasonable costs of bringing an action under this section, including court costs, reasonable attorney's fees, and investigation costs.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 169 (S.B. 58), Sec. 1, eff.
