Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 509.103","heading":"ACCESS TO KNOWN MINOR'S PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.","body":"(a) A known minor's verified parent may submit a request to a digital service provider to:\n(1) review and download any personal identifying information associated with the minor in the possession of the digital service provider; and\n(2) delete any personal identifying information associated with the minor collected or processed by the digital service provider.\n(b) A digital service provider shall establish and make available on the digital service provider's digital service a method by which a known minor's parent or guardian may make a request for access under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 795 (H.B. 18), Sec. 2.01, eff.
