Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 553.101","heading":"COORDINATION WITH APPLICABLE AGENCY.","body":"(a) The department shall coordinate with all applicable agencies to oversee the operation of a program participant.\n(b) The council or an applicable agency may recommend to the department that a program participant be removed from the program if the council or applicable agency finds that the program participant's artificial intelligence system:\n(1) poses an undue risk to public safety or welfare;\n(2) violates any federal law or regulation; or\n(3) violates any state law or regulation not waived under the program.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1174 (H.B. 149), Sec. 4, eff.
