Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 553.103","heading":"ANNUAL REPORT BY DEPARTMENT.","body":"(a) The department shall submit an annual report to the legislature.\n(b) The report shall include:\n(1) the number of program participants testing an artificial intelligence system in the program;\n(2) the overall performance and impact of artificial intelligence systems tested in the program; and\n(3) recommendations on changes to laws or regulations for future legislative consideration.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1174 (H.B. 149), Sec. 4, eff.
