Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 554.101","heading":"ISSUANCE OF REPORTS.","body":"(a) The council may issue reports to the legislature regarding the use of artificial intelligence systems in this state.\n(b) The council may issue reports on:\n(1) the compliance of artificial intelligence systems in this state with the laws of this state;\n(2) the ethical implications of deploying artificial intelligence systems in this state;\n(3) data privacy and security concerns related to artificial intelligence systems in this state; or\n(4) potential liability or legal risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence systems in this state.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1174 (H.B. 149), Sec. 4, eff.
