Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 57.302","heading":"CONDITIONAL PURCHASES OF GOODS AND SERVICES.","body":"(a) A supplier may not condition the sale of equipment, repair parts, or goods or services to a dealer on the purchase of other goods or services.\n(b) This section does not prohibit a supplier from requiring a dealer to purchase all repair parts, special tools, or training reasonably necessary to maintain the safe operation or quality of operation in the field of any equipment offered for sale by the dealer.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1039 (H.B. 3079), Sec. 2, eff.
