Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 621.102","heading":"REQUIRED DISCLOSURES RELATING TO PRIZES GENERALLY.","body":"An offeror who notifies a person that the person has won a prize, will receive a prize, or has a chance to win or receive a prize shall, at the time of the notification, clearly and conspicuously disclose:\n(1) that attendance at a sales presentation is required;\n(2) the approximate duration of the sales presentation; and\n(3) a description of the product or service being sold.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
