Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 622.109","heading":"MAILING CERTAIN OFFERS DURING PERIOD FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES.","body":"A person conducting a sweepstakes may not, during the 30-day period immediately following the last date on which the person conducted the sweepstakes through the mail, offer through the mail:\n(1) an opportunity to enter a sweepstakes; or\n(2) a nonsweepstakes prize, gift, premium, giveaway, or skill contest.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
