Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 671.051","heading":"COMPOSITION OF BOARD.","body":"(a) The authority is governed by a board of 11 members appointed by the governing body.\n(b) Nine members are voting members who must reside in the authority and two members are nonvoting members who must reside in Mexico.\n(c) The voting board members must include:\n(1) one representative of United States customs brokers;\n(2) one representative of freight forwarders;\n(3) one representative of the transportation industry;\n(4) one international banker; and\n(5) one representative of a maquiladora project.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
