Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 681.051","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Eligible corporation\" means a corporation organized to establish, operate, and maintain a foreign trade zone.\n(2) \"Governmental entity\" means:\n(A) this state;\n(B) a state agency;\n(C) a county, municipality, or special district; or\n(D) a combination of entities listed in Paragraphs (A)-(C).\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
