Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 681.165","heading":"JEFFERSON COUNTY AIRPORT GOVERNING BODY.","body":"The governing body of the Jefferson County Airport may apply for and accept a grant of authority to establish, operate, and maintain:\n(1) a foreign trade zone in Jefferson County, which may include:\n(A) land inside the boundaries of the airport; and\n(B) private industrial land, not to exceed 1,000 acres, adjacent to the airport; and\n(2) other subzones.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
