Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 74.002","heading":"REGISTRATION REQUIRED.","body":"(a) A vision support organization shall annually register with the secretary of state.\n(b) A vision support organization's registration under this section is considered registration of any subsidiary, contractor, or affiliate of the vision support organization through or with which the vision support organization provides business support services if the registration includes all required information from each subsidiary, contractor, or affiliate of the vision support organization as if that entity had filed individually.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 274 (S.B. 820), Sec. 1, eff.
