The attorney general or the prosecuting attorney in the county in which the violation occurs may bring suit to recover the civil penalty imposed under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 87 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 4.014(a), eff.
