Business \u0026 Commerce Code § 92.104","heading":"MERCHANT'S DUTIES ON REINSTATEMENT.","body":"(a) On reinstatement, the merchant shall provide the consumer with:\n(1) the same merchandise; or\n(2) substitute merchandise of comparable quality and condition.\n(b) A merchant who provides the consumer with substitute merchandise shall also provide the consumer with the disclosures required by Section 92.052(a).\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 2278), Sec. 2.01, eff.
