Business Organizations Code § 10.359","heading":"RECORD OF DEMAND FOR FAIR VALUE OF OWNERSHIP INTEREST.","body":"(a) A responsible organization shall note in the organization's ownership interest records maintained under Section 3.151 the receipt of a demand for payment from any dissenting owner made under Section 10.356.\n(b) If an ownership interest that is the subject of a demand for payment made under Section 10.356 is transferred, a new certificate representing that ownership interest must contain:\n(1) a reference to the demand; and\n(2) the name of the original dissenting owner of the ownership interest.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff.
