Business Organizations Code § 152.908","heading":"RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION.","body":"(a) An effective registration may be renewed before its expiration by filing a renewal application for registration with the secretary of state in accordance with Chapter 4.\n(b) The renewal application must contain:\n(1) current information required for an initial application for registration; and\n(2) the most recent date of registration of the partnership.\n(c) An application for registration filed under this section continues an effective registration for one year after the date the registration would otherwise expire.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff.
