Business Organizations Code § 153.053","heading":"RESTATED CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION.","body":"(a) The general partners may adopt at any time a restated certificate of formation that does not contain an amendment to the certificate of formation.\n(b) A restated certificate of formation that contains an amendment to the certificate of formation may be adopted at any time for a proper purpose as determined by the general partners.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 64 (H.B. 1319), Sec. 86, eff.
