Business Organizations Code § 153.401","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Derivative proceeding\" means a civil suit in the right of a domestic limited partnership or, to the extent provided by Section 153.412, in the right of a foreign limited partnership.\n(2) \"Limited partner\" means a person who is a limited partner or is an assignee of a partnership interest, including the partnership interest of a general partner.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff.
