Business Organizations Code § 21.173","heading":"SUPPLEMENTAL REQUIRED RECORDS.","body":"In addition to the books and records required to be kept under Section 3.151, a corporation shall keep at its registered office or principal place of business, or at the office of its transfer agent or registrar, a record of:\n(1) the original issuance of shares issued by the corporation;\n(2) each transfer of those shares that have been presented to the corporation for registration of transfer;\n(3) the names and addresses of all past shareholders of the corporation; and\n(4) the number and class or series of shares issued by the corporation held by each current and past shareholder.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff.
