Business Organizations Code § 23.056","heading":"CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION.","body":"(a) The certificate of formation of a corporation must state:\n(1) the name of the corporation;\n(2) the purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized as required by Section 23.053; and\n(3) any other information required by:\n(A) Chapter 4; and\n(B) Chapter 21 or 22, as applicable.\n(b) The name of a corporation must include the words \"Business Development Corporation.\"\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff.
