Business Organizations Code § 251.251","heading":"MEETINGS.","body":"(a) Regular meetings of members of a cooperative association shall be held at least once a year as prescribed by the cooperative association's bylaws.\n(b) A special meeting of the members of a cooperative association may be requested by a majority vote of the directors or by written petition of at least one-tenth of the membership of the cooperative association. The secretary shall call a special meeting to be held 30 days after receipt of the request for a special meeting.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff.
