Business Organizations Code § 3.052","heading":"PROCEDURES TO AMEND CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION.","body":"(a) The procedure to adopt an amendment to the certificate of formation is as provided by the title of this code that applies to the entity.\n(b) A filing entity that amends its certificate of formation shall sign and file, in the manner required by Chapter 4, a certificate of amendment complying with Section 3.053 or a restated certificate of formation complying with Section 3.059.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff.
