Business Organizations Code § 4.156","heading":"FILING FEES: PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS.","body":"For a filing by or for a professional association, the secretary of state shall impose the following fees:\n(1) for filing a certificate of formation or an application for registration as a foreign professional association, $750; and\n(2) for filing any other instrument, the fee provided for the filing of a similar instrument under Section 4.152.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff.
