Business Organizations Code § 5.057","heading":"NAME OF COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION OR FOREIGN COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION.","body":"(a) The name of a cooperative association or foreign cooperative association must contain:\n(1) the word \"cooperative\"; or\n(2) an abbreviation of that word.\n(b) A domestic or foreign entity may use the word \"cooperative\" in its name to the extent permitted by Section 251.452.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff.
