Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 103.102","heading":"SUBMISSION OF FEE REPORT.","body":"(a) Together with an application for compensation under this chapter or not later than the 14th day after the date the application or cured application is filed, a person seeking payment for preparing, filing, or curing the application must file a fee report with the comptroller's judiciary section.\n(b) A fee report under this section must include:\n(1) the total dollar amount sought for fees;\n(2) the number of hours the person worked preparing, filing, or curing the application; and\n(3) the name of the applicant.\n(c) A fee report under this section is public information subject to Chapter 552, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 698 (H.B. 417), Sec. 7, eff.
