Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 125.005","heading":"ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS IN ACTION UNDER CHAPTER.","body":"In an action brought under this chapter, the court may award a prevailing party reasonable attorney's fees in addition to costs incurred in bringing the action. In determining the amount of attorney's fees, the court shall consider:\n(1) the time and labor involved;\n(2) the novelty and difficulty of the questions;\n(3) the expertise, reputation, and ability of the attorney; and\n(4) any other factor considered relevant by the court.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 807 (H.B. 1540), Sec. 9, eff.
