Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 140B.056","heading":"COMPLIANCE WITH DEMAND.","body":"(a) A person on whom a civil investigative demand is served under this subchapter shall comply with the terms of the demand unless otherwise provided by court order.\n(b) The time for compliance with the demand wholly or partly does not run during the pendency of any petition filed under Section 140B.055, provided that the petitioner shall comply with any portions of the demand not sought to be modified or set aside.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 885 (H.B. 4635), Sec. 2, eff.
