Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 150E.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Digital network\" and \"transportation network company\" have the meanings assigned by Section 2402.001, Occupations Code.\n(2) \"Network vehicle\" means a land motor vehicle that:\n(A) is available on a digital network;\n(B) is of the following type:\n(i) black car or other for hire; or\n(ii) private passenger, pickup truck, or cargo van;\n(C) is designed to operate primarily on a public road;\n(D) has at least four wheels; and\n(E) has seating for not more than eight passengers, including the driver.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 318 (H.B. 1745), Sec. 1, eff.
