Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 154.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Court\" includes an appellate court, a district court, the business court, a constitutional county court, a statutory county court, a family law court, a probate court, a municipal court, or a justice of the peace court.\n(2) \"Dispute resolution organization\" means a private profit or nonprofit corporation, political subdivision, or public corporation, or a combination of these, that offers alternative dispute resolution services to the public.\nAdded by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 1121, Sec. 1, eff.
