Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 17.093","heading":"SERVICE ON FOREIGN RAILWAY.","body":"In addition to other methods of service provided by law, process may be served on a foreign railway by serving:\n(1) a train conductor who:\n(A) handles trains for two or more railway corporations, at least one of which is the foreign corporation and at least one of which is a domestic corporation; and\n(B) handles trains for the railway corporations over tracks that cross the state's boundary and on tracks of a domestic corporation within this state; or\n(2) an agent who:\n(A) has an office in this state; and\n(B) sells tickets or makes contracts for the transportation of passengers or property over all or part of the line of the foreign railway.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 959, Sec. 1, eff.
