Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 172.083","heading":"INTERIM MEASURES ORDERED BY ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL.","body":"(a) Except as agreed by the parties, the arbitration tribunal, at the request of a party, may order a party to take an interim measure of protection that the tribunal considers necessary concerning the subject matter of the dispute.\n(b) The arbitration tribunal may require a party to provide appropriate security in connection with the interim measure ordered.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 5.02, eff.
