Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 172.108","heading":"LANGUAGE.","body":"(a) The parties may agree on the language or languages to be used in the arbitration.\n(b) If the parties do not agree, the arbitration tribunal shall determine the language or languages to be used in the arbitration.\n(c) Except as provided by the agreement or determination, the agreement or determination applies to each:\n(1) written statement by a party;\n(2) hearing; and\n(3) award, decision, or other communication by the arbitration tribunal.\n(d) The arbitration tribunal may order that documentary evidence be accompanied by a translation into the selected language or languages.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 5.02, eff.
